After you have purchased a digital product, such as a poster, the file will be available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. If you click on an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

You can send the files to your local print shop and have them professionally printed or print your files at home. For best results, we recommend printing on premium matte paper at highest quality printer setting. Please keep in mind that color representation may vary based on your device and printer.

Digital Items are final sale. Returns of physical products are only accepted if they were damaged during shipping or arrived with missing cards/misprints. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items for eligibility and we will be happy to help.

Shipping is via Canada Post, added to your total at check out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking once your item ships. We strive to ship your order within 24-36 hours. For bulk or large orders, please contact us so we can arrange discounted shipping.

All of our products are shipped without plastic wrap and our card products come in simple environmentally friendly kraft boxes with labels that are printed on hemp paper. Our return policy is meant to promote waste reduction.

We work really hard to design our own products and do not outsource our design work. Digital files and physical products are for your personal use only.
